this skill can stop any warrior boss from healing
it is paticularly usefull on hablion

Unfortunately, it's kind of silly still, what with the half hex duration on bosses.
15 energy to lock out signets for up to 10 seconds only?

Rust is probably more effective in that instance, making them take additional damage for 6 seconds (-40 AL).

Diversion is hands down more potent though, locking skills out for almost a minute with enough domination. The hex only lasts 3 seconds, but the recharge increase lasts the full time.

diversion is 6 sec... and on boss, it would be 3 sec...

ignorance is ok... if you use it on a prot monk that use blessed sig to maintain, it can hurt... I just wish they increase the time use and change it to AoE or something.

Primal echoes
Rust
Panic
Are more interesting to look at.
